Abstract EN

This Research is desired to study the Rules of abortion in Islamic jurisprudence and the Saudi regime for practicing health professionals and is designed to recognize the rule of abortion before Islam, the rule of abortion in the Islamic schools of fiqh, the position of the Saudi regulator from ruling on abortion, and responsibility of the health practitioner for abortion in the Saudi regime.

The researcher divided the study in this research to the introduction and two sections and a conclusion handled in the first section the concept of abortion and his rule and noting the ruling on abortion in Islamic jurisprudence and the Saudi regime for practicing health professionals.

In the second part author talked about the responsibility of the practitioner health for abortion indicating intended Palmmars health and specific staff responsibility talking about the types of responsibility practitioner health consequences of abortion and the implications of the responsibility practitioner healthy for abortion finally Search in the conclusion the researcher find out a number of findings and, some recommendations.
