شملت الدراسة الحالية حساب العدد الكروموسومي الأحادي 1n = 12 و العدد الكروموسومي الثنائي 2n = 24 لنبات العوسج Lycium barbaum L.
الذي يعود إلى العائلة (Solanaceae) و التي تضم أكثر من ٨٣ نوعا، كما وجد منتشرا في مناطق مختلفة من محافظتي البصرة و ميسان من جنوب العراق.
كما تمكنت الدراسة الحالية من تحليل الهيئة الكروموسومية karyotyp analysise و كذلك تحديد الأنماط الكروموسومية لهذا النوع و شوهدت بعض الأطوار الكروموسومية كالطور التشتتي Diakinesis و الطور الانفصالي المتأخر Late anaphase و الطور النهائي و تكوين الرباعيات Tetrade و لم يلاحظ أي نوع من الشذوذ الكروموسومي في نبات العوسج.
Abstract EN
In the present study, included the current account chromosomes number of the haploid number were found 1n = 12 and n chromosomal diploid number were also recorded as 2n = 24 to the species Lycium barbaum L.
Which to the family (Solanaceae), which includes more than 83 species, also found widespread in different region of the provinces of Basra and Missan in southern of Iraq.
The current study was able to analyze the aberrations karyotyp analysis as well as identifying chromosomal phases of this species were seen some phase of cellular phones which appear clearly as a Diakinesis and Late anaphase as well as telophase The Tetrade phase, did not notice any type of chromosomal aberrations in the Lycium barbarum L.
