Abstract EN

The comprehensive criminal jurisdiction is one of the international criminal means which represents an appropriate response to serious violations of the principles of justice, the sovereignty of law and human rights.

Because of the horror of these violations and their serious effects on the international peace and security, they were the reason for the criminalization of such acts according to the principle of comprehensive criminal jurisdiction.

For this reason, the description of this jurisdiction as a comprehensive is for the prosecution of the perpetrators of these crimes as a duty upon all states to achieve international cooperation in combating crimes.

Taking into consideration the serious violations committed by Israeli occupation forces in the occupied Palestinian territories, especially in Al Quds and the Aqsa Mosque, which target the presence of the Palestinians and their identity through the expulsion of the Makdeseen (people of Al Quds), the imposition of Israeli legislation on them, the confiscation of their lands, the destruction of their farms and other violations that cannot be mentioned in this abstract, this requires the activation of the means and the legal procedures to achieve criminal and international protection of Al Quds and the Aqsa Mosque.
