Abstract EN

This study deals with a controversial Issue of particular importance at the national level, i.e., the position of the high court of justice of Jordan in appeals of decisions issued by the professional associations.

In order to stand on the court’s opinion in this regard, the jurisprudence of administrative comparative law in both France and Egypt were examined., The study was divided into three sections dealing respectively; the legal nature of professional associations, the narrow' position in jurisdiction of the court, and the wade position of the jurisdiction of the court.

The study- concluded that the high court of justice took a different position when compared with comparative administrative judiciary in this regard since professional associations are considered to be a person of private law and therefore confined its jurisdiction within the limits of the professional associations’ laws.

Recommendations were also adopted with the aim to develop the jurisprudence of the court in this regard.
