The paper delt with the issue of the moratorium and getting started and their impact in determining the meaning and choose to stop Altaang, It defined the stopping and starting as one term, It explains it's devisions and it's provisions and showed it's origin which builds upon the devision of the moratorium choice is completely of speech ,it received it's relationship to other sciences and the interpretation of some eloquence and other , and mentioned what the ancient and modernists scholars have said , and it explained it's phonological impact and semantic on speech and poet.

And applied Altaang stop in ten verses from the Holly Quran.
