الفضاء الإلكتروني أحد الأشكال الجديدة لمفهوم القوة و التعبير عن مفرداتها بما يمكن المقتدر فيه من استخدامه في علاقاته الدولية بطريقة تضمن مصالحه و أمنه القومي، و يجعله أحد الفاعلين الأساسيين في مجتمع الصراع الصراعي، لا سيما و أن هذا الشكل بتقنياته العالية غير متوفر عند جميع الفاعلين و هذا ما يعطي أرجحية لمن هو متمكن منه، و الفضاء الإلكتروني، معرفة، و المعرفة باتت في الوقت الحاضر تعبيرا واضحا و صريحا عن إمكانات القوة.
Abstract EN
The electronic domain is a new form of power which enables its user to use in the international relations in a way that garentees his interests and national security.
It also makes him one of the main actors in the competative and conflicting community of nations, especially this domain is knoweledge that is not accessable except for the one who controlles it.
