Abstract EN

The present article is an attempt to shed light on the concept of ” Islamic feminism” which has given rise to an ardent debate within the social and cultural circles.We Also try to scrutinize its numerous problems through inquiring the relationship between Islamic feminism and Islam on the one hand, and Islamic feminism and feminism movements on the other hand.

We finally investigate the western vision of Islamic feminism and explain some theses of western women researchers about its ambiguous meaning.

Cet article tente de mettre l’accent sur le concept du « féminisme musulman » qui a suscité un débat au sein des milieux culturels et sociaux à cause des problématiques qu’il soulève.

Ainsi, il a pour objectif de scruter les divers problèmes relatifs à la relation que le féminisme musulman entretient avec le «mouvement féministe » et « l’Islam ».

Nous analysons aussi l’opinion occidentale sur le féminisme musulman et nous interprétons les thèses de certaines chercheuses occidentales sur ce concept dont la signification est toujours équivoque.
