Abstract EN

This research discussed the subject of interest (almuslhah) and it’s applications in Islamic Economics, we have discussed the following aspects of interest: its definition, its Types, its Legitimacy, controls of its protest and the most important economic applications in the Islamic economic system.

The study concluded several results,, some of them that Islam adopted the interest as evidence of a legitimate but within conditions, and there's many applications of interest in the economic side as intervention the ruler (kaliph) through pricing goods and services, imposing taxation, setting an upper limit for private owners, the compulsory acquisition of private ownerships opposite compensation, luxurious consumption and financial markets…etc.
