The educational process is afield that basis and assumptions Which Would help to understand as well as explain what is happening in to, Also it helps to predicate what would happen so as to control the educational process and guide it be better, The teaching process considered as an elegant art since part of it depends on the teacher personally in which the experience of the teacher plays a central role so that the teachers are varied in their way of teaching according to the learning opportunities and their skills in preparing an adequate atmosphere to pay the attention of the students as well as motivate them to participate in the different activities.

The teacher plays variable roles in the educational process like guiding the educational process, planning for the lessons, preparing the educational activities, and control the procedures of the learning process in order to have an organized framework containing all the measurements, plans, preparation, gaudiness, assess the learning process, and achieving the objectives behind this process.

The present study focuses on assessing the instructors of the department of History in the College of Education for Humanities University of Al-Muthana because of the importance of the historical subjects in recalling the past, analyzing it,and understand it to face the future in a better way.
