This research presents rules and regulations of Sudanese banks، it refers to the literature that basils committee principlesand concept، for bank monitor.

In addition to the risks that faced the Sudanese banking sector (finance risk، market risk، liquidity risk، and operation risk).

Also this research reflect the efforts of control bank of Sudan in the corporate convince field specially the role of inspection geranial department towards the evaluation of the Sudanese banking sector performance.
