هدفت الدراسة إلى تقـديم نظـرة علميـة عـن إدارة التكلفـة كمفهـوم حــــديث للمحاســــبة عــــن التكــــاليف، و إظهار دور إدارة التكلفــــة و أهميتها في توفير معلومات التكاليف الملائمة لأغـراض اتخـاذ القــرارات.
و بيــان مــدى تطبيــق التقنيــات الحديثــة لإدارة التكلفــة فـي الشـركات الصـناعية و التعـرف علـى الصـعوبات التـي تواجـه تطبيقها.
و تمثلت مشـكلة الدراسـة فـي التسـاؤل عـن واقـع تطبيـق التقنيــــــات الحديثــــــة لإدارة التكلفــــــة فــــــي الشــــــركات الصــــــناعية الفلســطينية فــي قطــاع غــزة.
و نبعــت أهميــة الدراســة مــن مــدى مســاهمة التقنيــات الحديثــة لإدارة التكلفــة فــي مســاعدة متخــذي القرار في الشركات الصناعية لاتخاذ القـرارات السـليمة المتعلقـة بعمليــة التصـــنيع و الإنتـــاج.
و توصــلت الدراســـة إلـــى أن غالبيـــة الشركات الصـناعية الفلسـطينية فـي قطـاع غـزة لا تقـوم بتطبيـق التقنيـات الحديثـة لإدارة التكلفـة، و هـذا يعتمـد علـى وجـود العديـد مـن الصــعوبات و المعوقــات التــي تواجــه الشــركات عنــد تطبيــق التقنيــات الحديثــة لإدارة التكلفــة منهــا، عــدم وجــود خبــرة كافيــة للشــــركات حــــول التقنيــــات الحديثــــة لإدارة التكلفــــة مــــع نقــــص الكفاءات و الخبـرات القـادرة علـى تطبيـق التقنيـات الحديثـة لإدارة التكلفـة، عـدم وجـود إطـار مفـاهيمي واضـح لتطبيـق الأسـاليب الحديثـــة لخفـــض التكلفـــة فـــي إطـــار المحافظـــة علـــى مســـتوى الجــودة، صــعوبة التحديــد الــدقيق للعناصــر الأساســية لتطبيــق التقنيــــات الحديثــــة لإدارة التكلفــــة لعــــدم تــــوافر قواعــــد البيانــــات الملائمة.
Abstract EN
This study aimed to provide a scientific overview of Cost Management as a modern concept for cost accounting, and to show the cost management role and its importance in the provision of appropriate cost information for decision-making.
Also the study try to show the extent of applying modern techniques of cost management in industrial companies, and to identify the difficulties that face of the application.
The study takes the Palestinian industrial companies in Gaza Strip as application field.
The study found that the majority of Palestinian industrial companies in Gaza Strip does not apply modern techniques to manage the cost.
This depends on several difficulties and obstacles that face companies when they try to apply modern techniques for cost management.
The main difficulties are the absence of sufficient experience on modern techniques of cost management in industrial companies; the shortage of expertise who are able to apply modern techniques to manage the cost; the absence of clear conceptual framework for the application of modern methods to reduce the cost as part of maintaining the level of quality, and the difficulty of pinpointing the basic elements of the application of modern techniques for cost management due to the lack of the availability of appropriate databases.
