Arabic Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة الحدیث عن العمران في القرآن الكریم من وجهة نظر تفسیریة موضوعیة و ذلك لورود عدد من الآیات القرآنیة التي تتناول هذا الموضوع و من هنا فقد قسم الباحث دراسته إلى مقدمة و ثلاثة فصول و خاتمة و هي كما یلي : الفصل الأول : مفهوم العمران في ضوء القرآن الكریم، و الفصل الثاني : میادین العمران في القرآن الكریم، و یتناول الحدیث عن العمران المادي، و السیاسي، و الاجتماعي، و الاقتصادي، أما الفصل الثالث : فیتناول الحدیث عن الآثار المترتبة على عمران الأرض.

و من هنا فقد اهتم الباحث بخطوات المنهج الاستقرائي للوصول إلى نتائج هذه الدراسة، و معرفة ما یرتبط به هذا العمران في نصوص آیات القرآن الكریم، التي جاءت من أجل بناء المجتمع، و لا یكون ذلك البناء إلا من خلال عناصر العمران المادیة، و السیاسیة، و الاقتصادیة، و الاجتماعیة، فهذه كلها لها دورها الكبیر في تشكیل عناصر البناء و العمران في جسم المجتمع الإسلامي.

و انطلاقا من هذه المنظومة البنائیة و العمرانیة في دیننا الحنیف یمكننا أن نعي تماما تلك الأهمیة التي أولها الإسلام للعمران بكافة أشكاله، إذ من خلال هذه المنظومة المتناسقة یمكن الوصول إلى عمران مجتمعي حقیقي بكافة أشكاله و أنواعه.

English Abstract

This study examines the talk about urbanization in the Koran from the perspective of an objective and explanatory to the receipt of a number of Koranic verses that deal with this subject, and here was divided researcher to study the introduction, three chapters and a conclusion are as follows : Chapter I: The concept of urbanization in the light of the Holy Quran, Chapter II: the fields of urbanization in the Koran, and Chapter III: Implications for Imran Earth .

The researcher concluded a number of findings, including : The political structure in Islam on several pillars, and I've been able Omran Islamic political input all spectrums of the Muslim community in the completion of this building, starting from the individual, through the group, and the end of society is recognized as a whole, as given by each of these parties to its proper role in the completion of this political construction Muslim, and I've tried to Islam cancel classes as much as possible by imposing Zakat on the rich, give to the poor, and by the prohibition of usury in order not to increase the rich richer and the poor poorer, and based Omran moral in Islam, according to the texts of the Koran on two pillars: the first: it good good manners, honesty, honesty, and soft, and the second: Prevention of morality reprehensible, such as lying, stealing, and cheating.
