Arabic Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أماكن السياحة العلاجية في الأردن، حيث شملت الدراسة منطقتي البحر الميت و عفرا و البربيطة، و ذلك من أجل المساهمة في تطوير أماكن السياحة العلاجية الموجودة في الأردن، و تسويقهما عالميا، و جعلهما مركز سياحيا مرغوبا فيه من قبل القادمين لهذه الأماكن بهدف العلاج، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على مدى رغبة السياح في وجود عوامل جذب أخرى غير العلاج، و التعرف على مستوى رضا السياح عن الخدمات المقدمة لهم في هذه الأماكن، حيث صممت استبانة احتوت على مجموعة من الأسئلة حول العوامل الديموغرافية للسياح، و الخصائص العامة للرحلة السياحية، و مستوى الآراء و الانطباعات عن الخدمات المقدمة للسياح في منطقتي الدراسة، و التعرف على أهم المشاكل التي تواجه السياح عند زيارتهم لهذه الأماكن.
و قد أظهرت النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة في منطقتي الدراسة، أن منطقتي البحر الميت و عفرا و البربيطة، تمتاز بمقومات جذب سياحية طبيعية و مقومات اصطناعية أوجدها الإنسان، حيث يمكن تطوير هذه المقومات من أجل جذب أكبر عدد من السياح القادمين بقصد العلاج، و ذلك من خلال التغلب على أهم المشاكل التي تواجه السياح المحليين و العرب و السياح الأجانب في منطقتي الدراسة.
English Abstract
The study aimed at investigating medical tourism in Jordan.
The medical tourism destinations that were investigated included the Dead Sea and Afra and Burbitah hot springs.
The study was meant to contribute to the development of medical tourism destinations in Jordan, to popularize these destinations internationally, and to encourage more tourists to visit these destinations.
In addition، the study aimed at measuring the satisfaction level among the visitors of these destinations towards the services provided at those destinations.
A questionnaire was designed for this purpose.
The questionnaire contained a number of questions the tested some demographic information about the visitors of these destinations، the general characteristics of their visit, the visitors’ impression towards the services provided during the visit، and the problems that the visitors faced during their visit.
The study concluded that the Dead Sea and Afar and Burbitah hot springs enjoy natural medical characteristics and some human-made characteristics that can attract visitors to them.
These characteristics can be developed to attract more visitors to come to these places for medical treatment purposes through dealing with the problems that face those visitors.
