This paper presents the importance of ethic statistics in educational research, and some methods of misuse of statistics in scientific work, especially in the psychological and educational field.

The paper discusses the importance of statistics in psychology, and The ethics definition as a correct statistical rules that the researchers must follow when they conduct research, We then present the ethics of statistics during collecting data and analysis.

we discusses the meaning of "misuse" .It proves that misuse arises from various sources, we are focusing on the most important: degrees of competence in statistical programs, and getting a statistically significant result even if it was forced to falsify results.

This paper outlines a work ethic to use statistics, but at the same time open the way to further research that can identify the problem of misuse of statistics in educational and psychological sciences more clearly.
