Arabic Abstract

يعتبر نظام إدارة الجودة الشاملة احد أهم الأنظمة الفاعلة لحل المشاكل في المنشآت الصناعية لما له من دور فعال في تحديد أسباب المشاكل و اقتراح الحلول المثلى لها.

في هذه الدراسة تم تطبيق فلسفة إدارة الجودة الشاملة على أنظمة ضخ المياه في الكويت للوقوف على مشاكلها و إيجاد حلول مناسبة لها، و قد تم اختيار وحدة سحب مياه البحر في محطة الصبية في دولة الكويت كحالة دراسة، حيث تم تحليل جميع العوامل الخاصة بهذه الوحدة اعتمادا على التحليل الكمي و النوعي.

اعتمدت منهجية البحث في هذه الدراسة على مرحلتين ؛ المرحلة الأولى من خلال الدراسات السابقة و التي تم جمعها في إطار نظري من خلال دراسة العديد من الكتب و المراجع و المجلات العلمية المرتبطة بنفس موضوع الدراسة.

أما في المرحلة الثانية تم اخذ حالة (محطة الصبية) و جمع المعلومات الخاصة بها عن طريق إجراء مقابلة و توزيع استبانات على أصحاب القرار في هذه المحطة.

أما منهجية تحليل البيانات فقد تم إجراؤها من خلال نوعين من التحليل و هما التحليل النوعي و التحليل الكمي.

تضمن التحليل الكمي إجراء استبانة و من ثم تم توزيعها وفقا لنظام العينة الطبقية.

كما أن الاستبانة شملت مدراء و مراقبين و مهندسين مختصين.

كما أن عملية تحليل نتائج توزيع الاستبانات كانت باستخدام برنامج SPSS.

و في نهاية البحث تم وضع العديد من التوصيات التي تكفل ضمان جودة أنظمة ضخ المياه في هذه المحطات.

نتائج الاستبانة التي تم توزيعها على مدراء و مراقبين و مهندسين مختصين في محطة الصبية أظهرت أن جميع أقسام المحطة تعمل وفقا لأساليب إدارة الجودة الشاملة و أن المياه التي يتم ضخها من قبل المحطة ذات جودة عالية.

حيث أنها تقوم بتوعية العاملين بما يخص بالالتزام بمعايير الجودة الشاملة و ذلك بنسبة 75 %.

كما أن المسؤولين يقومون بتدريب العاملين في المحطة على كيفية تطبيق الجودة الشاملة في عملهم بنسبة 68.8 %.

بالإضافة إلى ذلك، توجد خطة دورية متبعة لعمليات الصيانة في محطة الصبية و ذلك بنسبة 56.2 %.

كما أن النتائج أظهرت أن الإنتاج في محطة الصبية يعتبر ذو جودة عالية بنسبة 81.2 %.

من جهة أخرى اعتمد التحليل النوعي على إجراء مقابلة مع مدير لقسم صيانة الكهرباء و الميكانيك.

و أظهرت نتائج تحليل المقابلة تطابقا مع نتائج تحليل الاستبانة.

أيضا، أظهرت نتائج التحليل أن نظام إدارة الجودة الشاملة يعتبر نظام فعال يعمل على رفع جودة الإنتاج، كما انه يحسن من بيئة العمل و نشر ثقافة التكافل و التعاون بين العاملين، كما انه يقلل أيضا من حالات الجودة المنخفضة للإنتاج.

English Abstract

Total Quality Management system is considered one of the effective systems that used in order to solve the problems within industrial plants, because it has significant role in determination of problems cuases and in suggestion process of the optimal solution for these problems.

In this work, the philosophy of total quality management on water pumping systems in Kuwait has been applied to study their problems and find suitable solutions.

Also, withdrawn sea water unit has been choosen in Alsubiya plant in Kuiwat as a case study, where that all the factors of this unit have been analyzed depending on quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Methodology in this work was based on two phases; the first phase includes many prevoiuse studies that have been collected a theoretical framework through studying many books, references, scientific journals that related to this study topice.

But in the second phase, Alsubiya plant case has been taken and collecting process for the data was by conducting intereviews and distributing questionnaire to the employees within the plant.

Methodology of data analysis has been done through two types of analysis; qualitative and quantitave analysis.

Quantitave analysis included conducting questionnaire and then distributing it according to stratified sample system.

Also, questionnaire included managers, controller as well as specialist engineers.

In addition to process of analyzing the data was using SPSS software.

At end of the this work many recommendations have been put in order to ensure that the systems within the plant have high quality.

Questionnaire’s results, which was distributed to managers, observers as well as specialists engineers at Alsubiya plant showed that all departments in the plant operate according to the standards of Total Quality Management, and also the water pumped by plant had a high quality, where they are educating employees regarding to the commitment of total quality standards with a rate of 75%.

Also, officials are training workers at the plant on how to apply the total quality management in their work by 68.8%.

In addition, there are periodic plan that followed for maintenance operations in Alsubiya plant by 56.2%.

Moreover, the results showed that the production in Alsubiya plant is considered high quality by 81.2%.

In other hand, qualitative analysis depended on conducting interview with the Director of the Department of electrical and mechanical maintenance in the plant.

The results of interview analysis were identical with the results of questionnaire analysis.

Also, analysis process results showed that the system of total quality management is considered an effective system lead to raise the production quality, and also lead to improve the working environment and a culture of solidarity and cooperation among employees, as it also reduces cases of low-quality production.
