Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى امتلاك المرشدين للكفايات الإرشادية و علاقة ذلك بأدائهم الوظيفي من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس في مدينة تبوك حول مدى، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (80) مديرا و مديرة مدرسة للمرحلة المتوسطة من مدينة تبوك، و طبق عليهم أداتين هما : مقياس الكفايات الإرشادية و مقياس الأداء الوظيفي، و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مدى امتلاك المرشدين التربويين للكفايات الإرشادية في مدينة تبوك التعليمية من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس جاءت مرتفعة، كما أن مستوى الأداء الوظيفي جاء مرتفعا، و تبين وجود علاقة إيجابية دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين الكفايات الإرشادية و بين الأداء الوظيفي للمرشدين، و أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) في الدرجة الكلية لامتلاك المرشدين التربويين للكفايات الإرشادية تعزى للنوع الاجتماعي، في حين تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى للخبرة و لصالح الخبرة الأعلى، و للمؤهل العلمي و لصالح المؤهل العلمي الأعلى، و كذلك وجود فروق تعزى للتخصص و لصالح من تخصصهم إرشاد نفسي و تربوي.

و قد خرجت الدراسة بالتوصيات المناسبة.

English Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the viewpoint of the school managers in the city of Tabouk regarding the extent to which the counselors have the counseling competencies and their relationship to their job performance.

The study also aimed at identifying the impact of gender, experience, educational qualification and major on the viewpoint of the school managers.

The study sample consisted of 80 school principals 36 males and 44 females from the city of Tabouk.

Arithmetic means, standard deviations, ttest and Pearson's correlation coefficient were used to analyze the data.

The results showed that there are statistically significant differences in the views of the school managers regarding the extent to which the counselors have the counseling competencies and their relationship to their job performance.

The results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level of from their point of view attributed to the variable of experience.

Also, there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level of from their point of view attributed to the variable of gender, and there are no statistically significant differences from their point of view regarding the extent to which the counselors have the counseling competencies and their relationship to their job performance attributed to the variables of educational qualification and major.
