Arabic Abstract

• هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى تقويم واقع برنامج التدريب الميداني، من وجهـة نظر طلبة كلية علوم الرياضة في جامعة مؤتة وفقا لمتغيرات (النوع الاجتماعي، المعدل التراكمي، السنة الدراسية)، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بصورته المسحية، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (113) طالبا و طالبة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية، تم بناء أداة الدراسة من (50) فقرة موزعة على خمسة محاور، و هي : (مشرف التدريب الميداني، مدير المدرسة، المعلم المتعاون، برنامج التدريب الميداني، و الإمكانات) تم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية و الانحرافات المعيارية و تحليل التباين المتعدد كأساليب إحصائية.

أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تقويم واقع برنامج التدريب الميداني من وجهـة نظـر طلبة كلية علوم الرياضة في جامعة مؤتة جاء بدرجة فوق المتوسـط و باتجاه إيجـابي، و كذلك أظهرت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقويم واقع برنـامج التـدريب الميداني تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (النوع الاجتمـاعي، المعـدل التراكمـي، المـستوى الدراسي).

و في ضوء هذه النتائج توصي الدراسة بزيادة عدد أيـام التطبيـق لبرنـامج التدريب الميداني في المدارس المتعاونة و لمدة أربعة أيام (متصل)، و كذلك زيادة الاهتمام بالأمور المتعلقة بالإمكانات.

English Abstract

This study aims to identify the evaluation of the reality of the field training program from the perspective of the students of the sports sciences faculty at Mu'tah university according to the variables of (gender, accumulative average, academic level).

The researcher used the descriptive approach with its survey image.

The study sample consisted of 113 male and female students who were chosen in the intentional method.

The study instrument (the questionnaire) included 50 items that were distributed into five axes (field training supervisor, school headmaster, cooperative teacher, field training program, and the capabilities).

The means, standard deviations, multi variance analysis as well as Cronbach alpha were used.

The study results revealed that evaluating the reality of the field training program from the perspective of the students of the sports sciences faculty at Mu'tah university was above average in a positive direction.

There are no statistically differences in evaluating the reality of the field training program attributed to the variables of (gender, accumulative average, academic level).

In the light of the study results, the study recommends about increasing the number of application days for the field training program in the cooperative schools to become 4 subsequent days; as well as paying more attention to the issue of capabilities.
