كثر مؤخرا استخدام مفهوم المجتمع المدني في الأدبيات الفكرية و السياسية و هو مفهوم له استخدامات متعددة يهدف كل منها لخدمة أغراض متعددة و مختلفة، و في هذا الإطار تأتي هذه الدراسة للوقوف على هذا المفهوم و الأبعاد التي يشتمل عليها و كذا الخصائص المميزة له، العلاقات و التأثيرات المتبادلة مع بيئتيه الداخلية و الخارجية.
