This research highlights the tort law, by addressing error which is one of the basic pillars subject, it is of great importance to the legal level in the modern world.

Given the complexity of life and the development and introduction of modern technologies of our time, it had to be on the legislator to keep pace with this development by approving an update in the tort law.
