There are several cases of change in the part of the contract, Balannagas ,addition or Modification where multiple such reasons, the achievement of contractual justice ,reciprocity and restoring the balance between the rights and obligations .of the parties to the exchange the contract, and also may be change in order to achieve reciprocity justice by retaining on achieving the intended benefit decade, and this could happen at the request the people and the discretion of the judge , and may be the intervention of a judge directly without the need to request from one , it may be the rule of law.
