1 يتزايد اختطار انتشار مقاومة الأسولين و الاضطرابات المرتبطة بها لدى النساء المصابات بمتلازمة المبيض متعدد الكيسات (PCOS).
فمقاومة الأنسولين ترتبط بإنتاج سيتوكينات و بروتينات التهابية مثل 6 -CRPj IL .
و كان الهدف من هذا البحث دراسة مستويات هذين الواصمين الالتهابين لدى مريضات ال PCOS و تحديد علاقتها بالسمنة و منسب مقاومة الأنسولين.
جرى تقسيم 53 من مريضات متلازمة المبيض متعدد الكيسات، حسب BMI، إلى مجموعتين : مجموعة 1 (عددها 22، 25
جرت مقايسة 6 - hs-CRPj IL، بالإضافة إلى LH .FSH، للبرولاكتين، التستيوستيرن الحر، الأنسولين و الغلوكوز الصيامي.
و حسبت HOMA-IR.
كانت مستويات 6-IL و hs-CRP و الأنسلوين الصيامي HOMA-Ir أعلى بشغل معتد به في المجموعة 1 منها في مجموعة الشاهد.
و كانت مستويات hs-CRP وHOMA-IR أعلى بشكل معتد به في المجموعة 2 منها في مجموعة الشاهد.
بينما كانت مسميات 6- IL متقاربة بين المجموعة 2 و المجموعة الشاهدة.
و وجدت علاقة ارتباط إيجابية لكل من hs -CRP و 6- IL مع BMI وHOMA.
و كاستنتاج، ترتبط متلازمة د PCOS بزياد مستويات hs - CRP في المصل (وهو واصم التهابي و عامل اختطار قلبي وعائي)، كما ارتبطت مستويات 6- IL وhs - CRP مع واصم السمنة (BMI) و معايير مقاومة الأنسولين.
Abstract EN
Women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) have increased risk of insulin resistance prevalence and related disorders.
Insulin resistance is associated with production of inflammatory proteins and cytokines, like IL-6 and CRP.
The objective of this research was to study these inflammatory markers levels in PCOS patients sand determine its relationship with obesity and index of insulin resistance.
53 women with PCOS were divided, according to BMI, into two groups: group 1 (n = 22, BMI > 25) and group 2 (n =31, BMI < 25), 27 healthy women served as control.
IL-6, hs-CRP, FSH, LH, Prolactin, free testosterone, fasting glucose and insulin were measured.
HOMA-IR was calculated.
Il-6, hs-CRP, fasting insulin and HOMA were significantly higher in group 1 than control group.
HOMA and hs-CRP were significantly higher in group 2 than control group.
IL-6 levels were similar in group 2 and control.
Both of hs-CRP and IL-6 has a positive correlation with BMI and HOMA.
As conclusion, PCOS is associated with an increase in serum hs-CRP (inflammatory and cardiovascular risk marker).
IL-6 and hs-CRP were associated with a marker of obesity (BMI) and insulin resistance criteria.
