Arabic Abstract

• تهدف هذه الدراسة التعرف على الموقف الأمريكي من الأزمة السورية بشكل عام، إضافة إلى أوجه التدخل بالأزمة السورية و تداعياتها بشكل خاص.

و قد انطلقت الدراسة من تساؤلات هي ما أوجه التدخل الأمريكي في الأزمـة السورية من عام 2010-2014 و ما هو موقف الولايات المتحـدة الأمريكيـة مـن الأزمة السورية، و ما هي محددات التدخلات الأمريكية في دعم المعارضة السورية، و ما هي السيناريوهات المحتملة للموقف الأمريكي في حال انهيار النظام السوري.

أوضحت الدراسة و باستخدام المنهجين : التاريخي و التحليلي و بروز مجموعـة من المتغيرات كان من أهمها أن السياسة الخارجية الأمريكية أخفقت في تعاملها مع الأزمة السورية، حيث لا تزال سوريا تعيش حالة من عدم الاستقرار، بجانب تزايد نشاط الجماعات الإرهابية و المتطرفة و التي لم يعد يقتصر تهديـدها علـى سـوريا و الدول المجاورة لها بل يمتد ليشمل الأمن و المصلحة الأمريكية أيضا.

على الـرغم من أن مكافحة الإرهاب يعد من القضايا الأولية الموضوعة علـى أجنـدة العمـل الأمريكي.

و على الجانب الأخر تزايد دور القوى الكبرى المنافسة للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية التي بدأت تنشط في المنطقة على حساب تراجع الدور و النفوذ الأمريكي.

English Abstract

This study aims to identify the US position on the Syrian crisis in general, as well as aspects of the intervention of the Syrian crisis and its repercussions in particular.

The study started from the questions are what aspects of American intervention in the Syrian crisis of 2010-2014 and what is the position of the United States on the Syrian crisis, and what are the determinants of US interventions in support of the Syrian opposition, and what are the possible scenarios for the US position in the event of the collapse of the Syrian regime.

The study showed using two approaches: the historical and analytical and the emergence of a set of variables was the most important that American foreign policy has failed in its dealings with the Syrian crisis, where Syria remains in a state of instability, along with increasing the activity of terrorist and extremist groups, which is no longer limited threat to Syria and neighboring countries it even extends to American security and interests as well.

Although the fight against terrorism is one of the primary issues placed on the agenda of the US labor.

On the other hand the increasing role of the major powers compete for the United States of America, which began operating in the region at the expense of declining US role and influence.
