Arabic Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تتبع التطور للعلاقات الأمريكية السورية، و البحث في أسس و مرتكزات و محددات العلاقات الأمريكية السورية، و البحث في الموقف الأمريكي من الثورة السورية في الفترة (2011-2013).
و قد استخدمت الدراسة منهج البحث التحليلي التاريخي، و منهج التحليل الوصفي.
كما اعتمدت على نظرية القوة و نظرية إدارة الصراع الدولي ؛ لمناقشة هذا الموقف.
و قد خلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : موقف الرأي العام الأمريكي، حسابات داخلية تتعلق بالرأي العام الأميركي، الذي ذاق مرارة الثمار في العراق و أفغانستان، و انقلب مزاجه ضد تفعيل الدور الخارجي لبلاده و منحه الأولوية على حساب المشكلات الداخلية، و خصوصية الحالة السورية بموقعها الاستراتيجي و ارتباطاتها التحالفية ضمن محور نفوذ في المنطقة مناهض للسياسة الأمريكية، و التحسب و القلق من طابع السلطة المقبلة و حدود الاستقرار المرافق في حال كان وزن و تأثير الإسلامين فيها كبيرا، و خاصة على واقع الأقليات في سوريا.
English Abstract
This study aims to track the evolution of the Syrian-US relations, and research in the foundations and pillars and the determinants of US-Syrian relations, and research in the US position on the Syrian Revolution period (2011-2013).
The study used the research methodology and analytical historical and descriptive analysis approach.
It also relied on the theory of force and the theory of international conflict management; to discuss this position.
The study concluded the following results: the position of the American public, internal calculations of American public opinion, which tasted the bitter fruits in Iraq and Afghanistan, and turned temperament against activating the external role for his country and give him a priority at the expense of internal problems, and the specificity of the Syrian situation strategic location and its ties to the alliance within the axis influence in the region's anti-American policy, and the anticipation and anxiety of the character of the next power and limits of stability facilities in case the weight and influence of Islamists in a large, especially on the reality of minorities in Syria.
