Abstract EN

The organizational culture is regarded as the first pillar in the management process and the basic necessity in the success of the organization, whether big or small, it has an important role in influencing the behavior of employees in organizations and their effectiveness, according to the nature and strength of the organizational culture enjoyed by the organization, so its weakness reflected negatively on their activities, so it will be ineffective in the performance of its functions, leading to a drop in the level and dissatisfaction among employees and clients, and on the contrary, the strength of the organizational culture of the organization reduces the problems in the performance of duties and increase the level and effectiveness.

From this the research takes its importance in the scientific selection (theoretical and practical) for some ABCs of the application reality dimensions of organizational culture to be a help to the administrative and training sports staffs working in the of Youth and Sports Forums in Iraq to work together effectively and reflect a positive image about management, as well as improve and push them towards achieving their roles.

The research problem concentrated on the need to identify the levels of organizational culture dimensions of the Iraqi Youth and Sports Forum.

The research aims to identify the levels of organizational culture dimensions of the Iraqi Youth and Sports Forum.

The researchers used the descriptive analysis method, and the research population included the management and training of sports staffs working in the Youth and Sports Forum in Iraqi provincial centers and the total number of forums was (56) Youth Forum sport consisted of 220 employees, the data were statistically treated by the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, duplicates, the ratio percentage, weight percentile, simple Pearson correlation coefficient, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, Spearman Brown formula, equation Jtman and medium premise.

The researchers have reached the possession of Youth and Sports Forum in Iraq a positive level in the organizational culture and all its dimensions in these forums.
