Arabic Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أثر الأزمة الأوكرانية على العلاقات الأمريكية الروسية، فبعد مرور ستة عقود على الحرب الكونية، مرت هذه العلاقة بكثير من المنعطفات و المطبات و بعض حالات خجولة من الوفاق و التعاون بينهما.

و باستخدام المنهج الوصفي و منهج تحليل الأحداث فقد تم التوصل إلى جملة من النتائج، أهمها أن الأزمة الأوكرانية فهي أزمة داخلية إلا أنها اتسعت و ألقت بتداعياتها على العلاقات الأمريكية و الروسية و دول الاتحاد الأوروبي فاشتغلت بينهما حرب العقوبات التي تثير قلقا دوليا من اشتداد الصراع و تداعياته على الساحة الدولية، و إن الأزمة الأوكرانية شكلت نقطة تحول في ترتيب الأولويات الاستراتيجية الروسية في المنطقة، بحيث أثبت تطور الأزمة الأوكرانية و تداعياتها بروز روسيا كقطب دولي مؤثر في الساحة الدولية و أنه ليس باستطاعة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية الانفراد بقيادة العالم و فرض إرادتها بعد.

و مما يخفف حدة الصراع و تداعياته، و إن روسيا و أمريكا أعلنتا عن قناعتهما بالحل السياسي و الدبلوماسي للأزمة و هو ما ينعش المناخ السياسي الدولي و يعبر عن رغبة الأطراف المختلفة في الوصول إلى حلول للأزمة.

English Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of the Ukrainian crisis on the American-Russian relationships , as after six decades of the world war, this relationship has witnessed many turns and obstacles and some shy aspects of reconciliation and cooperation between the two countries .

Using the descriptive analytical approach and even-analysis approach, a group of findings was revealed, the most important among which that the Ukrainian crisis represented a turning point for the arrangement of the Russian strategic priorities within the region, and affected Russia status in the world as the evolution of the Ukrainian crisis and its repercussions proved Russia emergence as an effective international pole within the international arena and the United States of America can no more monopolize the leadership of the world and impose its will.

Although the Ukrainian crisis is an internal affair that was enhanced by external factors, it expanded and its repercussions had their impacts on the relationship between America , Russia, and the European Union countries and a war of sanctions had been triggered between the two nations which in turn cause an international concern regarding the conflict intensification and repercussions on the international arena.

What mitigates the intensity of the conflict and its repercussions is that the both powerful nations ( America and Russia ) announced confidence by the political-diplomatic resolution for the crisis and this revives the international political climate and expresses the various parties' desire to reach permanent solutions for the crisis.
