Arabic Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف، تتمثل في متابعة تعاظم دور الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات في الدول الناميـة، و كيـف اسـتطاعة الآليـات المستخدمة من قبل هذه الشركات أن تؤثر تأثيرا كبيرا على الـدول الناميـة فـي المجالات الاقتصادية و السياسية و الاجتماعية و الثقافية، و إبراز طبيعة هـذا الـدور و باستخدام المنهجين ؛ المنهج التاريخي و المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، لإثبات النظريـات و الوصول للقواعد العامة، و الذي يهدف إلى استخلاص نتائج و قواعد علمية عامة و التـي تحيط بعلاقات الدول مع بعضها البعض.

فقد بينت الدراسة أن الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات أنها باتت تشكل اليوم القـوة المحركة في النظام الاقتصادي العالمي نتيجة تحكمها بـالموارد الطبيعيـة الكبيـرة و سيطرتها على أهم النشاطات الاقتصادية في العالم، و أيضا قوة كبيرة في الاقتصاد العالمي اليوم من خلال امتلاكها شبكة معقدة من البنى المؤسسية و التنظيميـة مـن خلال ممارستها لعملها الواسع الذي يمتد إلى اغلب دول العالم.

إن الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات أصبحت تستحوذ على أكثر من ثلاثـة أربـاع التكنولوجيا و الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر المتدفق على صعيد العالمي، إذ تشهد تطور كبير في عددها و فروعها و نشاطاتها و إيراداتها حتى بلغت مبيعاتها تقدر بمليـارات الدولارات بحكم امتلاكها لرؤوس الأموال الضخمة و الإمكانيات الكبيرة و المتطورة تكنولوجيا، مما يساعدها على تحقيق أعلى ربح ممكن، و الذي يعود سلبا على الدول النامية.

English Abstract

This study aims to achieve a set of goals, is to represented in following on the growing role of multinational corporations in developing countries, and how the capacity of the mechanisms used by these companies to significantly affect the developing countries in the economic, political, social and cultural fields, and to highlight the nature of this role and using two approaches; the historical method and descriptive analytical method, to prove theories and access to the general rules, which aims to draw conclusions scientific bases and public relations surrounding states with each other.

The study showed the following: The multinational companies today have become a driving force in the global economic system as a result governed by large natural resources and control over the most important economic activities in the world.

Multinational companies have become a major force in today's global economy through ownership of a complex network of institutional and organizational structures through the exercise of its broad, which extends to most of the countries of the world..Multinational companies account for more than three quarters of technology and foreign direct investment flowing on a global level.

Multinational companies experiencing significant evolution in the number and its subsidiaries and its activities, and its revenue even with sales estimated to millions of dollars by virtue of ownership of the heads of the big money and big advanced technology and capabilities.

multinational companies looking for their targets how to become the higher benefit for them, while in the same time leave a negative effect on the growing countries.
