Abstract EN

The study aimed to : -To identify the level of professional growth of faculty members in the College of Physical Education at the University of Salahaddin.

-To identify the differences in the level of professional growth among members of the faculty in the College of Physical Education, according to the branch that belongs to him teaching.

-Understand the role of academic affairs in the development of professional growth of faculty members in the College of Physical Education at the University of Salahaddin.

The research sample included the (30 of pedagogy) and by 10 techeares each branch was randomly selected by lottery, where were classified according to its branches to which they belong, namely: (a Collective Games -Individual Games communal branch theoretical sciences).

Created been preparing a scale of three axes to measure the head of professional growth and these themes are: (scientific growth axis and by 10 paragraphs) and (axis effective teaching and by paragraph 12 (f) the focus of scientific research and by 9 paragraphs).

It was a component of building scale (16) paragraph to indicate the role of academic affairs at the professional growth from the perspective of members of the Authority Atdrisah development.

After data collection and processing statistically was reached conclusions including: -alnmo Teaching professional at the center of the interaction of the faculty members in the College of Physical Education in all its branches was the best of the pivotal scientific research and scientific growth.

-Outweigh the faculty members in science theory for professional growth branch of the faculty members in a sub (team sports and individual games.

) -Was recommended Palate - activating the role of the deans and heads of departments by giving them a wider mandate for the development of faculty and professional estimate their needs.

-Activation and development units in the University Place Wu plans and programs that are in line with technological advances and knowledge for the development of a faculty member.
