Arabic Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة في البحث بعلاقة الحوثيين في اليمن مع الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية، و مدى تأثير هذه العلاقة على الحياة السياسية و الاستقرار في اليمن و بالذات بعد الربيع العربي منذ العام 2011 إلى نهاية عام 2014.
و تناولت هذه الدراسة أبعاد هذه العلاقة سواء كانت أبعادا سياسية، اقتصادية، عسكرية، اجتماعية أو عقدية.
اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على تساؤل رئيس و هو : هل علاقة الحوثيين بالنظام السياسي الإيراني أدى إلى تقوية نفوذهم و دورهم في العملية السياسية ؟ و نتج عن ذلك حالة عدم الاستقرار و الفوضى التي عايشها اليمن أثناء فترة هذه الدراسة ؟ تم توظيف المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لفهم طبيعة هذه العلاقة و خصوصيتها و مدى تأثيرها على الأوضاع السياسية في اليمن أثناء فترة الدراسة.
لقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة بأن هناك دعما من النظام الساسي الإيراني إلى الحوثيين بهدف خلق حالة من عدم الاستقرار في اليمن، مما ساهم في دور إيراني واضح في اليمن.
و لقد انعكس ذلك على التمدد و تنفيذ المشروع الإيراني في منطقة الخليج العربي باعتبار اليمن نقطة انطلاق لهذا المشروع.
English Abstract
This study aims to search the Houthi's in Yemen relationship with the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the extent of the effect of this relationship on the political life and Alasstaqrar in Yemen, particularly after the Arab Springsince the year 2011 to the end of 2014.
This study examined the dimensions of this relationship, whether political, economic, military, social or nodal dimensions.
This study relied on a key question: Is Huthi's relationship Iranian political system led to the strengthening of their influence and their role in the political process? As a result, the case of instability and chaos that Aaischha Yemen during the study period this؟ It was employed descriptive and analytical approach to understanding the nature of this relationship and privacy and its impact on the political situation in Yemen during the study period.
The study came to the conclusion that there is support from the Iranian political system to suit the Houthi's to create a non-Astaqrarvi Yemen, which contributed to a clear Iranian role in Yemen.
I have reflected on the Iranian expansion and Implementatio of the Iranian project in the Gulf region as Yemen is the starting point for this project.
