Abstract EN

This paper deals with the subject of murder ،leave dead (refrain) has been known research of this type of murder and that the right to life in Islam is a sacred right based on the honor of God to man, and stems from the principle of inviolability of assault him only the right, as the research demonstrated that the killings leave dead was murder and the consequent it is the killer of the provisions of manslaughter if leaver abstention from religious duty, or legal or customary, and then came in to the most important findings.
