The Communication net has become the corner stone in the social and economic development as it saves two main dimensions in life which are .the place and the time dimensions and their clear effect on development This study is applicable which aims to evaluate the current distribution of the newspapers net a cording to the effective geographical factors and recognizing the passive and positive sides to reach a future planning to the .local newspapers services This study handled the development of communication geography and its kinds through studding the effective geographical factors in the communication net and studying the development of the local newspapers and its geographical distribution in the city.

Also, it studied the volume of communication movement in Port Said in both monthly and annual level and studying the Region of communication in Port Said.

At last, the future .planning for the local news papers in Port Said
