The researcher examined the term Mufaraqa as an artistic way which has become part of modern critical studies and one of the stylistic methods.

The study stated that old critical writings defined Mufaraqa as an artistic procedure.

However, critical rhetorical writings did not cite as a term as a result of the abundant rhetorical terms which substituted it and did its job.

The study indicated that the Holy Quran has employed this term and made use of its artistic potentials.

The research emphasized the functional dimensions implemented by Mufaraqa, whether they are a moral call and educational for the person reciting the Holy Quran or disciplinary remedial for whom the Mufaraqa is related.

The research included an introduction and three cores which tried to examine this term according to Mufaraqa contexts.

The first core examined this term of attitudes disclosing the attitudes of unbeliever’s and hypocrites against religion.

They have been depicted by the Holy Quran in a funny ridiculous way.

The second core concentrated on the Mufaraqa of behavior describing the precise details of the behavior of unbelievers.

The third core examined the verbal Mufaraqa and contexts and their implemented functions.
