Abstract EN

This study sheds light on the Turkish-Israeli relations, which form a favorable environment to push these relations toward greater development in the areas of political, economic, security and military, which have a regional and international importance and their potential impact on Arab national security, especially the Palestinian Case, as well as the current and future negative effects of this alliance on the balance of power in the region.

The study is an attempt to answer the main question: what are the internal and external factors that control the process of Turkish-Israeli relations and what are the implications for the Arab countries, especially the Palestinian Case? The study uses the analysis approach in international relations under the transitional phase experienced by the Turkish-Israeli relations, in order to view its properties and dimensions through the study of the analytical theory.

This study concludes with the following recommendations: 1.

Take advantage of the Turkish role in the Middle East in favor of Arab issues, particularly the Palestinian issue.

2.

Work to strengthen the Turkish-Arab relations as a strategic ally in the region.

The study emphasizes two important conclusions: 1.

Turkey tries to keep its relationship with the Arab states and the preservation of its interests with Israel at the same time 2.

The growing of the Turkish role in the region may be in conflict with the interests of some regional parties making Turkey pursues a policy of "push and pull," to serve the Turkish interests.
