The study aimed at identifying the mastery level of e-learning competencies among teachers of technology in schools of Gaza governorate.
To achieve this purpose, the researcher prepared a (69) questionnaire divided into four main domains.
It was submitted to a group of arbitrators to ascertain its face (content) validity; Pearson correlation coefficient was calculated to ascertain the internal consistency.
The reliability was calculated by Alpha-cronbach parameter.
The study was conducted on a sample of (82) teachers, which was chosen as a stratified random sample.
The population of the study was divided into sub-groups according to the variables of the study.
Then, a sample was chosen from each sub-group.
The results of study revealed that teachers possess these competencies as follows, for basics of PC using the percentage was (82%), for network services (76%), and for designing e-course (66%) and administrating e-courses (64%).
Additionally, there were no statistically significant differences due to majoris or years of experience.
But there were statistically significant differences due to the grade on all the study domains with the exception of basics of PC using.
Teachers who have more than (5) years of experience were better than those with less of (5) years.
The study recommended holding training courses in planning and administrating electronic learning for teachers of technology to acquire the required competencies.
