The research discusses the accuracy of the Muslim scholars in scientific research and Islamic studies Jurisprudence.

To this end, it shows how much attention the Muslims gave to research through their guidance to student on the classification and the preparation of studies; and on how to tackle the cases brought before them through the conducting/writing research and giving Fatwa.
