This research aims to explain the role of the "Purposes" of Sharia in economic development also focuses on the science of "Purposes" and their legality in the Holly Quran and the Sunna Al consensus, and the intellectual proof.

This research addresses the role of "Purpose" in preserving the five exigency in achieving economic development for the human society which can lead to advancement in science and culture in the age of technological era.
