The researchers studied a number of examples and issues involved in the lead problem to the permissible like engagement over engagement and the haggle over the haggle and the revival of disused land and Mona climate of lead and already robbed the slain and others, the foremost to the permissible and others gains a right competition over it may not be by others this right is called the lead right in Islam, it is not naked of the conditions and controls it is like other conditional rights.

The scholars in religion studied the former examples and evidences, but we do not find they have the lead right term and either described some of these examples under what is known as the right of jurisdiction and left others as single Islamic term scattered in the sections and subjects.

The researchers distinguished this right and separated it from the right of jurisdiction and recognition under the name of the lead right.
