This study aims to explain the ruling on abortion a deformed fetus in Islamic jurisprudence, whether Abortion by the mother, or by others; study also aimed to the statement of phases of the creation of man, and the types of abortion, and the statement of Islam's position on abortion a deformed fetus, where the research concluded the sanctity of abortion a deformed fetus if the distortions can be of the fetus to live with it, and could be repaired after birth, and serious distortions are not please with them to fetus life, it is die cut at birth, or anniversary, directly, or the deformity can not the mother with her birth at all, it is permissible to abort it, but within the limits stipulated by scholars, doctors, whether it be before the soul is breathed in it or beyond.
