The idea of this subject is to focus on answering the following questions : Is the sale of fruits or Agricultural crops licit before ripeness or not ? What are the signs of fruit ripening ? What are the conditions that must be available in order to be the sale of fruits and crops licit , before ripening ? What is the ruling on selling fruit in a gradual ripening? Is it permissible to sell hidden fruits in the ground before pulling or not?
