Abstract EN

The study of Makassed qualification and its impact in the field of fatwa has great importance to ensure adequate safety of discretionary judgments.

The reality of the fatwa today witness a lot of disorders, Fatwas anomalous, to fatwas issued by people who are not qualified.

Accordingly, this research addresses the Makassed qualification and its impact on the fatwa through the meaning of Makassed ( purposes) and indicate its divisions, then the importance of the Makassed Charia (the purposes of Islamic law ) in the qualification of the mufti.

Finally, we show the impact of Makassed dimension (the purpose dimension).
