Abstract EN

The World Economy witnesses a period of the most dangerous stages in its history, because of the multiplicity of economic crises in many advanced economies at the same time.

This latter contributes to increase the downside risks that may effects it in the short term, and on the succession of The World Economy .

The effects of these crises spread on the world economy, and led to the slowdowns and the decrease in economic growth rates in 2011 .

Despite the strong performance of the global economy in 2010, this enabled the economy to overcome the repercussions of the global financial crisis .

Hence it can be said that The World Economy is suffering from two simultaneous types of negative repercussions.

The first is presented in the extreme weakness and slowness in the pace of economy's recovers of the developed countries, whereas the second is based on increasing the rates of the uncertainty about the future financial situation .

The research found that the basic market factors are not enough to explain the instability of-oil prices, as financial markets, government policies and variables economy, oil prices have played an important role for the arrival of oil prices to the exaggerated levels.
