The reaseracher in this present paper attampt to give new vision to the local funding in our municipality, based on the web site of each municipal or willaya.

the first target of this paper is to stydy the impact of the creation of this web site in the culture of the local e-gouvernement; furtheremore, in the possibility of benefits from this web site to funding the local development.to enrich this research paper, the reasercher had been given the questionaire that composed from 47 statements to multi concerning with the local development; likwise : 1.

the high staf in the administration of local gouvernment; 2.

the local elections 3.the heads of the municipals; in the end of this paper, the researcher gathered mixture between results and recomondation according to the result of descriptive statistics and linear regrission with the utilisation of the spss version 20.
