Abstract EN

All praise is to Allah alone, and may His peace and blessings be upon the last of all prophets.

This research, entitled ‘Alqawl Alwajeez Fee Ahkam Alkitab Alazeez (the Concise Statement on the Provisions of the Holy Book’, by Assameen Al-Halabi (died in ٧٥٦ A.H) - Focuses on the Chapter of Taha (Verses ١-١٤); a paper that was written in collaboration with postgraduate colleagues.

I have observed and studied the available explications of the chapter of Taha, but what is available is not enough for a dissertation.

The author, Assameen, (May God bless his soul) provided an exegesis of ١٤ verses of that chapter of the Holy Qur'an.

I have divided the study into two sections: a summary and a commentary.

I have provided in the summary a brief biography of the author and a concise overview of his book.

On the other hand, the commentary includes a review and editing of the author's explication of the chapter of Taha.

While investigating the book, it was quite noticeable that the author was inconsistent in his approach.

He started by only explicating the verses that contain rulings, thus following the same approach adopted by most writers of books on Qur'anic Provisions, yet later on he started explaining all verses.

Moreover, a large part of his book is missing.
