Abstract EN

The process of evaluating performance in the economic and social institutions in general take various forms associated with the structure of multi-level organization and evolution of technical, administrative, and they often have an impact in the performance of workers and production levels to enjoy the prestige of great links in them for the assessment of their work and exercise activities.

The importance of evaluation extends to our daily lives, we use a lot of people at our evaluation and we are out of comparison and the arrangement and coordination and deletions using multiple measures, according to capacity to be measured and judged by.

Thus the evaluation process has become close to any action of any profession in several areas that have become a scientific discipline that needs to be rules and laws used by qualified persons trained in the standards of scientific objectivity.
