Abstract EN

This article aims to analyze the behavior of small and medium enterprises Algerian to Distribution dividend, through the sample consisted of 600 small and medium enterprise taken between 0000 and 0000, where the article has been divided into two main parts.

The first part aims to find out the determinants of rates of dividend per share in the distribution of their profits to partners, and the second part aims to find the factors determining the behavior of the distribution of the direction of the institution or not to distribute part or all of their profits to partners.
