The literature of Traits is a literature of characteristics ingrained in the self and human qualities enshrined in the human psyche.

It is a literature that depicts what man has been born with generosity, meanness, courage, daring, cowardice, treachery or baseness.

It depicts the envy, gloating, and hatred, and displays stupidity, vanity, Inanity and dream, as well as lying, folly, debauchery, chastity and dignity.

In order to throw light aspects of the human soul without insulting or offending, and to raise fun, laughter and humour.

I tried to detect these contradiction traits in on Al-Akhtal and Jareer.

I saw that conflict between idealism and reality governs these poems, and controls the corresponding sense between these opposites.

(Avarice, generosity, strength, weakness ...) The styles of the poets ranged between exaggeration, humor and irony, but they sometimes digressed into obscenities that diverted poetry from its solemn taste and high art.

The paper show that literature of traits is common in satire much more than in poetry of pride and love.
