Abstract EN

Study seeks to identify the library Iraqi parliament since to be founded established to the present time, and services provided to beneficiaries, and access to the problems they face and try to correct them in the light of the descriptive method (case study) in this study adopted the questionnaire as a tool to collect data and interview with staff in the library.

The study found that the library suffers from lack of space and lack of career staff in general and a specialist in library and information science in particular, also lacks many of the services necessary for the beneficiaries to both old service broadcasting and the selective current awareness service and bibliographic service.

The study gives some recommendations and proposals.
