The jurisprudence adapting as a practical style of the jurisprudence effort to judge the facts and emerging issues; not using it only after verifying the availability of its components and basic elements, which are based mainly on the necessity of taking into the account the purposes of the Sharia, because the législative provisions and the jurisprudence rule treating the facts and problems have been setting firstly to practice it in the real world; therefore, this issue is based according to its principles and aggregates in the practical stage.

Therefore, the aim of this study is to detect how to activate the purposes of Sharia to practice the jurisprudence adapting to meet the present aria challenges, and explaining its rôle to treat the problems according to practical examples.
