The study achieved to group of results that the most important settlements in rural study area are distributed to all parts with supremacy combined pattern in geographical distribution , as a result of the impact of several factors including the availability of water , fertile soil , paved transport routes and the small size of agricultural holdings, as well as for the role of cities in attracting rural settlements and increase its size.
