Abstract AR
University outcomes have obvious importance in the development of the society through their contribution to the development of the work in the society's institutions.
The purpose of this study was to identify the points of view of employers about work consisted of (368) employers in supervisory positions in the government and private sectors.
The results of the study indicated that the employers had high level of satisfaction about the work performance level of the Kuwait University' outcomes, in terms of their adherence to ethics and human relationships, good interaction and communication with others, maintaining work's secrets, dedication to performance, and excellence in the field of labor specialization.
In addition, the results indicated significant statistical differences between the points of view of the employers in accordance with the gender type; where male employers indicated that the university's outcomes had a part of the general culture; however, female employer did not agree with them, who also see that those outcomes were less willing to persist in their jobs.
Also, the employers in private sector were more satisfied about the university's outcomes in term of excellence in the job than employers in the public sector.
