This is an apprehensive approach.

The apprehension stems from the variation of its sources, the intermingling of its knots, and the various fields that are of pertinence.

The focus of this approach is the existence of an act which can be described, analyzed, and explained through the linguistic research.

Modern linguistics has found in the approach to speech and act a new horizon for its studies and methods.

Hence, it has considered the approach to speech and act as one of its important fields and a part of its general structure.

The most distinguishing element of this linguistic approach is that which looks at it communicatively-to consider speech as a systematic and contextualized whole that performs a certain function in a certain communicative context.

Therefore, the present paper has concerned itself with a descriptive analysis of the elements of linguistic structure and uses.

The analysis adopted by modern linguistics, especially the communicative approach, fills the gap between intention, speech and act; that which is realized through act.

Everything is expressed in a certain context which dramatizes everything-roles, functions and effect.

The analysis of our linguistic heritage system shows that this approach is widespread and it encourages a linguistic and philosophical debate within the unified human framework of thought which is based
